Biography
Stacey Kattman teaches directing workshops at her alma mater, Chapman University. While completing her Master of Fine Arts in Film with an emphasis in writing and directing, the Women in Film Foundation awarded her the Meredith Mac Rae Scholarship, and she was a Marion Knott Scholar.

In addition to her professorial duties, Stacey is a co-producer at The Badham Company. She has been working with director John Badham on television episodes of Heroes, Crossing Jordan, and most recently Las Vegas.

Change of Heart won awards in festivals nationwide including a Cine Eagle Award (2004), Best Family Drama at the Hollywood International Student Film Festival (2004), and Best Screenplay at the Chapman Awards (2003). Stacey co-wrote Zach Goode's thesis, Look Away, which was nominated for a BAFTA Award (2004).

The Directors Guild of America recognized Stacey's directing two years in a row, giving Change of Heart an honorable mention for 2003, and awarding Stacey's thesis film, Love Thy Neighbor, a Grand Prize at the DGA Student Film Awards in November 2004. Love Thy Neighbor was invited into the Kodak Emerging Filmmaker Showcase in Cannes, where it screened in the Palais in 2005.
